A gathering of creatures, ghosts, spirits and old souls has taken place at the Galerie Da-End on the Rive Gauche side of Paris.
One of the most mysterious and curious gallery in Paris has gone deep into its cabinet to wake up the forgotten and the no so forgotten. A collection well kept with its most prestigious artworks from 16 artist from all around the round. It was all display in a way of ritual, the intention to have each piece interact with each other inside the confine space of the gallery made you feel as if you got lost in the dark woods of Japan.

One of the galleries, if not my favorite in Paris. Every time I visit her I feel on a trip, the moment I cross that door I am immediately taken to this beautiful black world where dark magic and ancient myths rule the days. The last day of “Da-End Cabinet” was on October 26, we barely made it, but we managed to collect some images so that anyone can enjoy the experience.

Things inconspicuously appear. The artists in this Cabinet appeal beyond mere curiosity. Reality does not suffice: they seek to fill a void. One could say that they are chasing dreams and inspiration, but above all, they compose an answer to the lack of meaning in our societies. In 1987, René Huyghe warned us in that regard in his essay “L’art entre le visible et l’invisible”: “The inner life cannot sustain itself when confronted by the rational materialism of the outside world, it can no longer feed its essence and our conscience, which until recently we dared to call our souls, needs to be allowed to follow its own path and aspirations, to which sacred once replied.” – Henri Guette

Una reunión de criaturas, fantasmas, espíritus y almas antiguas se llevó a cabo en la Galerie Da-End en el lado de Rive Gauche de París.
Una de las galerías más misteriosas y curiosas de París se ha adentrado en su gabinete para despertar a los olvidados y a los no tan olvidados. Una colección bien curada, encontrado sus obras de arte más prestigiosas de 16 artistas provenientes de todo el mundo. Todo fue expuesto en forma de ritual, la intención de que cada pieza era de interactuar entre sí dentro del espacio confinado de la galería. Esto nos hizo sentir perdidos en lo mas profundo del bosque oscuro de Japón, sola.

Una de las galerías, si no mi favorita en París. Cada vez que la visito me siento de viaje, en el momento en que cruzo esa puerta me lleva inmediatamente a este hermoso mundo negro donde la magia oscura y los mitos antiguos gobiernan los días. El último día del “Gabinete Da-End” fue el 26 de octubre, apenas llegamos, pero logramos recolectar algunas imágenes para que cualquiera pueda disfrutar de la experiencia.

Las cosas aparecen discretamente. Los artistas en este gabinete apelan más allá de la mera curiosidad. La realidad no es suficiente: buscan llenar un vacío. Se podría decir que persiguen sueños e inspiración, pero sobre todo, componen una respuesta a la falta de significado en nuestras sociedades.
