Urban art is an important channel to understand society in a city. It manifests it self in the streets, on walls, public facilities, art fairs and in the form of performances. All maintaining an identity while continuing to promote the social, political and existential ideas. Each artist has it own and they are very present in the work the present.

In this fourth edition we can appreciate a more refined urban art. A place where the evolution of the artist can be appreciated, from their ideas to their use and manipulation of materials. This makes us ask: If urban art still belongs to the streets, or it is now part of the mounted and perfected art in galleries? Either way it is still exciting, fresh and, in its own style, free.

This time we had the opportunity to see the best of current urban art: Banksy, Space Invader, Zevs, Astro, Katre, M. CHAT, Paul Toupet and many more. We have seen all of these artists in the streets of Paris. It is quite emotional to see them in a more professional format.
Urban Art Fair will be presenting at Le Carre du Temple until Sunday 14.

U R B A N A R T

L A E X P E R I E N C I A
